This was ten time better than anything I could have imagined. I will say the wait was killing me but it is worth it. The quality and craftsmanship of this bag is second to none. If you want something that will turn heads this is it. Also the people were great to work with for the customization. Very impressed.

First, the backpack is made by a Ukrainian small business - I ordered the item a few hours before the invasion at which time the owner reached out to me explaining there would be delays in shipping. My heart goes out to her and her family. I did not expect to receive the item but it arrived yesterday and the quality is absolutely exceptional and the style is perfect! I want to order more from Kruk Garage and support this great small business.

Katrina is wonderful! 3 days after I submitted the order, Ukraine was invaded and I knew safety would and should be the priority over the business. She still carried on and my backpack was delivered.
